Archbishop Stepinac High School Welcomes New Members to Board of Trustees and Foundation Board

Archbishop Stepinac High School recently announced the addition of three distinguished professionals to its Board of Trustees and the appointment of a new member to its Foundation Board. These new leaders bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to advancing the school’s mission of academic excellence, faith, and service. 

The newly appointed members of the Board of Trustees include:

Vincent Campagnoli, a member of the Class of 1981, brings extensive experience in financial services and has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to educational and civic enhancement. Vincent received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Iona University in 1985 and later earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University in 1995. With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, he currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of Raymond James Financial, Inc., where he manages all aspects of technology across the organization, overseeing 1,400 technology associates in four major domestic locations. Prior to Raymond James, he held senior technology leadership roles at UBS Wealth Management Americas, Morgan Stanley, and Prudential/Wachovia Securities. Vincent currently resides in Florida with his wife, Jamie. They have two children, Marissa and Matthew. 

Paulette Oliva, an expert in the field of marketing, has a track record of leadership and innovation that will help guide Stepinac into a brighter future. Paulette is a distinguished marketing executive with over 30 years of experience in business-to-business customer acquisition and retention. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Piano and Voice from Mercy University and was awarded an honorary doctorate from the same institution in 2021. As a founding member of the global marketing and database powerhouse, MeritDirect, Paulette has developed customized solutions for leading brands, including L.L. Bean and Godiva. She serves on the advisory boards of Mercy University School of Business and the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business Marketing and has a passion for the arts, having performed in and produced theatrical productions, including the Tony-nominated musical “The Prom.” 

Kevin O’Keeffe, a member of the Class of 1991, has work experience in financial services that reflects a passion for fostering growth and community development. Kevin would go on to further his education at Manhattan University, where he earned his degree in 1995 and was a member of the men’s basketball team. Kevin is a Partner at Lockton Companies, a leading insurance brokerage firm that specializes in risk management and employee benefits, focusing on private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Kevin is responsible for overseeing several significant private equity clients, where he provides expert advisory and transaction support. Currently, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Guardian Services, one of New York State’s largest and oldest foster care providers. Kevin resides in Greenwich CT, with his wife Margaret and two children, John, and Eleanor.

In addition, Archbishop Stepinac High School welcomes Phil Lochner to the Foundation Board, where he will help drive the school’s fundraising efforts to support academic programs, scholarships, and campus improvements. Philip graduated from Yale College with a B.A. in 1964, earned his LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1967, and obtained a Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1971. He then served as Associate Dean and Assistant Professor of Law at the State University of New York Law School from 1971 to 1973. Following this, he was an associate at the New York City law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore from 1973 to 1978. From 1978 to 1990, Mr. Lochner worked at Time Incorporated, ultimately becoming Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. He then served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1990 to 1991 before taking on the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Time Warner Inc. until his retirement in 1998. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the FHI Foundation in North Carolina and the Greenwich Library in Connecticut and has held numerous positions on nonprofit boards.
