
Spotlight on Your Emergency Services Personnel Meet Police Sergeant Danielle Lent
Sergeant Danielle Lent is a nine year veteran of the Larchmont Police Department. She started her career in Law Enforcement in 2016 after graduating from the Westchester County Police Academy class number 141.
Prior to becoming a Police Officer, she attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and currently holds two degrees: A Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Police Studies. Sergeant Lent was a Detective for two years before getting promoted to Sergeant in May 2024. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Sergeant Lent is a certified Field Training Officer, School Resource Officer and Youth Officer. She is also certified for Bicycle Patrol. She is a board member of the Larchmont Police Benevolent Association, serving as Treasurer, and of the Westchester County Detectives Association, serving as Corresponding Secretary. Sergeant Lent enjoys organizing and participating in many PBA/community events.
