Monday, April 20, 2026, 7:56 AM: A Connecticut driver was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after police stopped his GM Yukon on Chatsworth Avenue.


Monday, April 20, 2026, 11:47 AM: An employee of Larchmont Mini Mart, 14 Chatsworth Avenue, reported that after he received a $50 tip from a customer, his supervisor told him that he would be fired unless he gave him half of the tip. The supervisor told police that tip-sharing was the policy and the employee had been willing to share tips in the past. Police said that New York State labor law prohibits employers from receiving tips paid to employees, and referred the case to the state Labor Department.


Wednesday, April 22, 2026, 4:54 AM: The front glass door of The Corner Store, 1906 Palmer Avenue, was found shattered, with lottery tickets and store items scattered on the sidewalk. Video surveillance showed four suspects break the glass and enter the store, stealing lottery tickets and a cash register.


Friday, April 24, 2026, 5:14 PM: A Beach Road resident told police that a man was urinating on his lawn.


Sunday, April 26, 2026, 1 PM: A Larchmont student reported that a woman on TikTok asked him for a photo of what he was wearing that day, and after he sent her the photo, she altered it to make it appear to be a nude photo. She then threatened to post the nude photo online unless he sent her money. After the student sent her $1,200, his parents deleted his social media accounts, blocked her number and got him a new phone.
