Junior League of Westchester on the Sound Awards Community Grants

The Junior League of Westchester on the Sound (JLWOS) recently announced the winners of its 2025 Community Grants. The JLWOS Community Grant program is open to nonprofit community organizations in New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye Brook, Rye Neck, Rye, Harrison and Port Chester that are addressing the needs of women and children in this community. This year, in a nod to the JLWOS’ 75th Anniversary, the League was able to award a total of $75,000 to 13 different organizations across its service area.

“We are proud to be able to contribute to the efforts of these dedicated organizations to bring critical and high-quality services to members of the Sound Shore community. This area is home to so many excellent organizations with impressive projects seeking funding to fill opportunity and service gaps for our neighbors,” said Caroline Vance, outgoing JLWOS President.
