Young Artists on the Rise Exhibit at MAG

On February 4, an opening reception was held for the Young Artists on the Rise exhibit at Mamaroneck Artists Guild {MAG} in Larchmont. The show ran until February 11. 

MAG presented a selection of artwork in all media from local High School students from Mamaroneck High School, New Rochelle High School, French American High School of New York and Maria Regina High School. 

A special art achievement award went to Anabelle Rosemberg from Mamaroneck High School, for her acrylic painting, Guaguas de Pan, 11” By 14”. 

The student show was dedicated to the memory of Laura Heiss, a talented and beloved, Mamaroneck artist and motivating teacher, who inspired MAG to organize the annual student show many years ago.
