Firefighter Kris Walters was hired by the Larchmont Fire Department in February 2022. In addition to being a Firefighter and New York State Emergency Medical Technician, he is also the lead of the Larchmont Fire Department’s Marine unit which is dispatched to emergencies within the Long Island Sound.
