The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department hosted a fantastic evening of community fun at Harbor Island Park on August 5—and it did not disappoint! From 5 PM to 8 PM, families gathered for a high-energy night filled with music, games, and unforgettable moments. Crowd favorites included K9 demonstrations by Police Officer Colasacco and K9 Ike and Police Officer Reyes and K9 Ricky, thrilling on-dock boat tours, and even a helicopter flyover that had everyone looking up in awe! Kids enjoyed face painting, balloon art, and a dazzling performance by Magical Dave, while everyone enjoyed free burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, cotton candy, and more. With emergency vehicles on display and friendly faces all around, it was the perfect chance to meet our local heroes and celebrate the strong community spirit of Mamaroneck.
